What is the status of invoices in Zoho Books that are transferred by your integration?
By default, If an order is a successful order and payment of the order is confirmed then the invoice status in Zoho Books will be Paid and the payment will be created for the invoice in Zoho Books by our connector. If an order payment is not confirmed then the invoice status in Zoho Books will be Draft.
You can change the default settings. Follow the bellow image.
