Shipping cost and the Discount amount are not present at the synchronized data in Zoho CRM. Why?
The shipping cost and discount amount are not synchronized to Zoho CRM because there are no fields in Zoho CRM to synchronize these data.
So With our current system when an order syncs from BigCommerce into Zoho, it does not carry the shipping cost or discount amount as itemized numbers. Instead, it subtracts the total difference, labeled as adjustments.
