I have connected my Salesforce with Bigcommerce. But no data is synchronized. What Happened?
Our Bigcomerce to SalesForce connector required the API access of your Salesforce Tenant.
API access is not available for some SalesForce edition.
The supported and unsupported editions are -
Please Check your SaleForce Edition is Between "Editions with API Access" from the above image.
If your Edition has the API Access but still not synchronizing, Then you should check this document for 'API is Enabled or Not' in your SalesForce tenant.
