To install TrackMates search TrackMates in Bigcommerce App Marketplace.

After install, you will be landed on to Register screen.

You need to register here.

After registration complete, you will be landed on the subscription page. You need to choose any of the plans below.

As you see, we also have a free plan. Click on Sign Up on your chosen app.

Enter your payment details and subscribe.

That's it. You will land to the dashboard and can view your shipped order's current status.
