Does Cloud Connector support multi-store setup?
Cloud Connector supports multi-store setup. In multi-store setup, each store connector works as an independent connector. This enables you to route each store data to the same or different destinations. For eg: Your store www.acme.com data can be routed to CRM1 and your store www.hooli.com can be routed to either CRM1 or CRM2.
- To install Cloud Connector for two or more stores, install Cloud Connector app in your first store.
- Switch Store from your BigCommerce Control Panel
- Install Cloud Connector independently for the second store.
- You can choose the same credentials for your target app to route to the same destination. To route to a different target app, simply choose the credentials for the new target app.
